Kichiu is sad. Why is he sad? Because he's constantly being made fun of so being the tiniest . . . whatever he is, around. But he should know that money buys happiness, love, and power. Help him collect all 30 crystals in these levels until Kichiu has the money to buy and sell all of these good-for-nothing lowlifes.
